6. CANDLE SAFETY

Candles contain an open flame and must be used responsibly.

By purchasing or using a Vimoksh candle, you agree to follow the safety and care instructions supplied with the product.

Always:

• Keep a burning candle within sight  

• Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface  

• Keep it away from children, pets, curtains and flammable objects  

• Keep it away from draughts and direct airflow  

• Do not move a candle while the wax is hot  

• Extinguish the candle before leaving the room or going to sleep  

• Stop using the candle when the remaining wax reaches the safety level stated on the product  

Vimoksh is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper, careless or unsafe use of a candle.

7. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes will be included in or added to the price as shown during checkout.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete payment.

We may revise prices, offers and delivery charges at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, unless the displayed price resulted from an obvious technical or typographical error.

8. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

After you place an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement. This only confirms that we have received your order request.

An order is accepted when:

• Payment is successfully confirmed, where advance payment applies; and  

• We begin processing or dispatch the order  

We may cancel or refuse an order due to:

• Product unavailability  

• Incorrect product or pricing information

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled product will be refunded to the original payment method.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing, personalisation or packing has begun.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Custom-made or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
